Weather Delay Posted by: Bud to Blossom Posted on: January 3, 2017 Due to Icy conditions on the roads, Bud to Blossom (and Salem-Keizer School District) will be opening late this morning. B2B will open it’s doors at 9:45 AM, and will not be providing AM transportation to public schools.
