November “Enrichment” Days

As many of you may have noticed, Bud to Blossom’s calendar is full of Enrichment Days in November!  An Enrichment Day is a day that the public schools are closed, but Bud to Blossom is open.  As a reminder, Bud to Blossom is open regular hours on Enrichment Days, but we do not run our “normal” classes.  On Enrichment Days, our 3 and 4 year olds are together in Red and Green Door (Rainbow and Acorn) classrooms.  Children 5 and over have class in Yellow and Blue Door (Sunshine and Kindergarten) classrooms.  Historically we have asked that children who attend 20 hours or less per week not attend on these days.   Please note, however, that if you NEED care (and this is a regularly scheduled day for your child) they are welcome to attend.  If you have flexibility in your schedule and would be willing to “swap” a day, please see Shannon to work a deal!

For those of you who have children enrolled in our Before and After School program there is NO ADDITIONAL FEE for your child to attend a full Enrichment Day at Bud to Blossom (so long as it is a day they are normally scheduled to attend).

If you have questions about Enrichment Days, please ask your child’s teacher, Shannon, or Reta.
